Return Policy
You can initiate a return by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us by email to request your return authorization. Please resend your order with your request. Products must be in saleable condition and unopened. Opened items will only be accepted if there are medical reasons. A return authorization must be obtained from our office before you proceed. Please note that return shipping charges may apply, and will be handled by USPS.
You have 60 days to return for a refund. Refunds are processed when we receive the products. The credit cards can take 7 to 14 days for the credit to process.
Order Shipping Days.
We ship orders next day or up to 3 days after the order is placed. You can expect to receive your order up to 14 days, depending on your location.
If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact our office to track the order. When you place an order, your shipping number is on your order for you to track. it will show the day it is expected to arrive.
Shipping Fees
Our business charges a shipping fee which covers the very real costs of getting your order to you: order processing, shipping costs, handling, packaging, warehousing, insurances, and fairly compensating all the people involved along the way. We do our best to keep this shipping cost as low as possible.
Cancel orders or change my address on my order once it has been placed?
There is a very small window of times during which we can make changes to your order. Please email us at support@wiseesentials.com or phone us ASAP for changes. If a product has been shipped and is in transit, we can not make changes.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor your request, but we will try our best to help. Our shipping warehouse is at a different location, and they are very fast at fulfilling and shipping orders. We answer all emails in the order that they have been received, so it is quite possible that it may be too late to make changes to your order before it ships.
