Order Process Online
Your order is placed online and emailed to our office. Paypal processes the order and sends and our office an confirmation of payment received. The order is sent to both of us, however, until we each receive a notice that payment has been received from Paypal, your order is not completed. If you do not receive that notice, we can not process your order. You must reenter the order or phone our office. We do email you or phone you to tell you that paypal did not send us a confirmation that is completed and process. Paypal is very secure and your information is protected.
Email. When you place an order, you agree we can email you about your order and newsletter.
Your order will be shipped out and you can expect your order in 5 -10 working days. If you do not receive your order by day 10 days, call our office so we can trace it and or resend it.
Ordering Multiple items. We ship from our warehouse and our distributors warehouse. You may receive two different packages. You will only be charged one shipping fee. Each warehouse will send a packing slip with that item. Please keep your order from our site with all the products you ordered. Checkout Process
Place all of your desired items into your shopping cart. When everything you would like to order is in your cart, click on the “checkout” button. Your discounts will appear upon checkout.
We use Pay Pal Checkout and you do not need to sign or have a pay pal account. Pay Pal processes all credit cards in one of two ways with an account and without an account. Again, you do not need a pay pal account to check out if you do not want that option. Pay pal is also a merchant processor without a pay pal account. You can check out using any credit card without an account. We use pay pal for the security it offers and options. All your information is secure.
