Shipping and Return Policy

Our shipping and return policy is simple. We ship USPS. For some orders or larger orders, we ship FedEx. We use a flat fee on most items. Call for a shipping quote to Canada
Canceled orders that have not been shipped will be given a full credit. Once the order has been shipped and in process to you, you will be charged a for the shipping fee to return the item. Notifiication is below.

At Wise Essentials, we strive in every way to meet our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are unsatisified with your purchase once your received it., you may send the unused portion of the product back within 30 days of your order and receive a refund. for the product cost. We will issue you a refund for the cost of the product minus your shipping charges.

To send an item back, simply follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us at 800-704-9473 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Write the RMA number on the outside of your package.
  3. Call for return address::

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

Items that are older then 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Please note: ALL returns must receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, it will be refused by our returns department and mailed back to you. Please contact us at 1-651-699-4468 to receive an RMA number.

Returns Policy for the Brands

We follow each other companies brands return policy. Our brands want you to be happy and believe in your satisfaction.

RMA’s are still required. Please contact our office.

You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from Convergence.  so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 25% fee or not receive any refund at all.

Without prior approval we will not reimburse for return shipping costs.

In your return package please include:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem was
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
  • If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund according to credit cards.

Carriers

The carriers we use for shipping are FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service)

U.S. Orders

We ship anywhere in the continental United States including with a shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We use a flat rate except to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. When shipping to those places, you need to call for a quote. We ship to PO Boxes with USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. FedEx requires street address and phone numbers. Orders with overnight shipping will generally leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before 10.00 am. We can send overnight at additional costs. Call our office for overnight fees.

What’s the cost?

We use a flat fee for regular orders in the United States. The shipping cost of your order depends on two factors:

  • Weight
  • Location
  • Size of package

International Orders: We Will Ship Wholesale Accounts Only. Master Cases Or Pallets of Product Only

Due to the cost of international orders, we do not ship out of the US. If you wish to place an international order, simply call us at +1.651-699-4468 or you may email and we will have a support representative price out your order by address and weight.. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is usually 20-30 business days from the day we ship your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Wise Essentials will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.

Wise Essentials will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Wise Essentials will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Wise Essentials will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.

Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship and handle your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Wise Essentials for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.
