2 pieces of brown rice bread
1/2 an avocado
50 g of smoked salmon
2 tbsp of red onions, diced
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Toast your bread either in a toaster or in the oven.
- Scoop out half an avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Place the avocado on the toast, then the smoked salmon, and top with the diced red onions.
