112 g of brown rice pasta
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 English cucumber, diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 tbsp of avocado oil mayo
2 cans of tuna
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place a pot with 6 cups on the stove top and bring to a boil
- Once the water is boiling add in the brown rice pasta.
- While the pasta is cooking combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Once the pasta is ready, drain and rinse it.
- Add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
