Joint Pain Symptom

The past year I have been dealing with pain. In the past, I would go see a chiropractor and pain when away. This time, it did not and I was getting worse. I entered a new world to figure out what is the cause and how to deal with the pain.

The first natural remedy I selected was Curcumin from Turmeric. Chinese and Indian medicine have used Turmeric for centuries.  Curcumin is a phytochemical that has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial qualities.

Curcumin eases joint pain by inhibiting the body’s inflammatory response mediators. Some say it works just as well as nonsteroidal pain relievers with the side effects of ibuprofen or long-term tissue issues.  It was recommended to take 500 mg twice a day.

You may also get relief from your chronic joint pain by avoiding gluten, dairy, sugar, as well as other food adjustments.  An essential fatty acid may help too.

I spoke with several people who found great relief. I was excited to try it. It became diagnostic. I did not get relief from this or any anti-inflammatory medication. The only medicine that helped was muscle relaxers, a warm pool, and a hot spa pool. Thus, each person has a different condition and get different results from Turmeric. If you have inflammation, then Turmeric is an excellent choice.
