INGREDIENTS

3 cups of oatmeal

1 1/2 cup of almond milk

2 eggs, whisked

2 Tbsp of almond butter

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 cup of blueberriesBlueberry Oatmeal Cups - Chocolate Avovado Cookies

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
  4. Divide the mixture equally into 8 cups.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
