Other Ingredients: Stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate, croscarmellose sodium, silica, magnesium stearate, and coating(deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).
One tablet daily with breakfast with a glass of water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. One tablet supplies:
Rhapontic Rhubarb (Rheum rhaponticum L.) Root Extract [containing 2.16 mg rhaponticin] 4 mg
Do not use if pregnant or nursing, or if you have endometriosis. This product is contraindicated for individuals with any known or suspected hormones

Vitamin A Warning: Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day.
