Dr. John Lee Treatment Recommendations for Hormonal Symptoms with Natural Progesterone

Dr. John Lee's Treatment Recommendations Treatments for natural progesterone cream suggested for conditions due to low or high hormonal levels- unopposed estrogen and hormonal imbalances taken from Dr. John Lee's information in his books. He used a cream like Women Essentials Natural Progesterone Cream with his patients. He was consulted in making this cream to his recommendations for Progesterone:

  • 400-500 Mg/ per Oz USP Progesterone, 100% Pharmaceutical Grade a bio-identical hormone.

Day one is the first day of menstruation continue to menses. Ovulation starts around, day 14 to day 16 in a 28 day cycle.

Menstruating women: First two weeks of cycle - day 1 to ovulation no cream and use progesterone cream from ovulation to period each cycle, (the last two weeks of cycle). Always use after ovulation if you are menstruating (and repeat cycle). Adjust day according to ovulation. You stop for two weeks and repeat. Allow three to four months for results with cycles.

Non-menstruating women: (Women who don't have a period) apply any three weeks each month (and repeat cycle). Apply morning and bedtime on clean skin. The exact amount and length of dosage will vary depending cycle and symptoms. Gently rub a small amount on clean skin (wrists, under arm, inner thighs, belly, hands, neck, face) twice daily.   • Peri-Menopause: 1/8 - 3/4 teaspoon for two weeks each month.
  • Hot Flashes and night sweats: 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon from ovulation to menses. During excessive hot flashes, apply frequently.
  • Post Menopause and Bones: 1/8 teaspoon for three weeks each month when not ovulating. Use 1/2 - 1/3 ounce per month.
