I have always been interested in beauty, health and natural alternatives to estrogen hormone replacement therapy. My family has a history of multiple estrogen based cancers. When I was a teenager, I paid attention to the studies that said estrogen causes cancer. I could not understand why doctors continued to prescribe birth control pills when I was at risk of cancer. The truth was they did not do their research. I became committed to seek natural options and choices for myself.
